- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On October 25 2017, I had a heart cath procedure. I just want to comment on the professional attention that I received. From the time I entered till the time I left it was a blessed experience. I wasn't able to remember all the personnel that assisted me but the following were outstanding. Dr. Fox was extremely helpful in keeping me and my family informed. In the heart catheter lab the "dude team" of Bill, Chad and Benjamin were extremely professional and calming as they effectively prepared and then finished the procedure. My nurse Melissa (6th floor Room7) was exceptionally helpful including the other nurses when they covered for her when , after a long wait, grabbed a wheelchair and personally took me to the car waiting area. I have had many heart procedures since 1989 but this by far was the most professional. Munson is an outstanding Hospital and we will tell others of our very positive experience.November 25, 2016by Gary McMillin
